What guarantee does the furniture come with?

All furniture from OakTVUnits.co.uk comes with a 1 year guarantee, against manufacturing defects.

Where can you deliver furniture to?
We deliver furniture anywhere accessible by lorry within mainland UK.

*Customers who live outside these areas may be able to specify delivery to a shipping company but please contact us first to discuss the implications for returns and guarantees policies. Unfortunately deliveries to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands, and the Isle of Wight are not possible at this time.

How long will it take for my furniture to be delivered?
The lead times can be found by clicking on the products "view" button, where you will be re-directed to our affiliate supplier, Right Price Furniture.

Please refer to the product page and our Terms & Conditions for full details. If a product is out of stock and cannot be delivered within the time scale quoted, you will be notified of the delay as soon as possible.

Routes are planned to minimise environmental impact by being as fuel efficient as possible, so delivery may be a little longer for some ‘difficult’ locations.

What happens if the furniture arrives damaged?
In the unlikely event that any items are damaged in transit, we will use independent experts to report and resolve the matter, as quickly and as conveniently as possible.

All damages must be reported to aftersales@rightpricefurniture.co.uk or 0844 8800 348 within 24 hours.

Can I cancel my order?
We are confident that you will be delighted with your furniture. In the unlikely event that you should wish to return an item to us, we are pleased to offer a 7 day money back guarantee, commencing the day after delivery.

This means you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days without charge; the only liability being for any return carriage costs.

If any items are incorrect, damaged or faulty you should notify us immediately by clicking here. You will need to provide us with the S/C number printed on the white label (found either on the product or the box).

Please return the item(s) in the same condition as received and in the original packaging. Once the items have been returned they will be inspected. You will receive your refund within 30 days of cancellation.

Can you be careful of my new carpet/new floor?
Staff making deliveries are required by law to wear protective footwear at all times. As they are not allowed to remove this footwear when unloading the vehicle, gaining access to the property, or carrying furniture into the property, we strongly advise customers to make proper provision to protect their carpets and flooring. We do not accept responsibility for any marks or damage that may inadvertently be caused by delivery staff during the normal course of their work

How do I use the feedback button on your website?
Simply click the button and an "Overlay" will open with a screen-shot of whatever page you clicked it on. There are an assortment of tools to the left. This allows you to highlight where you are having issues, or suggestions. Simply doodle on the screen-shot, fill in some basic details, then click send! You can use the feedback form to highlight bugs or issues with our website, or if you just wish to provide suggestions. Alternatively we have a contact form on our contact page, if you prefer.

Why do I keep getting re-directed to "Right Price Furniture"?
We are simply an affiliate that work on behalf of Right Price Furniture. We believe they offer the best value for solid wood furniture, including Oak TV Units - and as such we feel confident they are the right choice for us to work with.
